Hey Creator ๐Ÿ‘‹

If you're trying to grow your audience on YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram, our meetups are 110% for you. You'll fit right in if you're friendly, growth-minded, self-motivated, down to earth, and all about taking action toward your goals. Here's some examples of things we'll be helping each other with at meetups ...

unique & creative ways to hook viewer attention, stand out in crowded niches, turn casual viewers into highly engaged super fans, etc.

how to get brands to sponsor your content - reaching out, building relationships, getting your first brand deal, contracts, red flags, etc.

creator business strategy - organizing live events, selling your own products, partnerships, launching courses, paid memberships, getting coaching clients, etc.

getting booked on podcasts in your niche and cross collaborating with other creators who have similar audience demographics & psychographics.

mindset support - getting rid of self doubt, getting out of your head & taking action, not letting negative comments get to you, etc.

peer Q&A support for your whatever specific questions you might have at the moment or whatever you feel stuck on.

What We're All About ๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ“ˆ

The meetups are not about pitching yourself or trying to outshine anyone. It's about showing up with the intention of genuinely trying to get to know people in the group, sharing ideas, and being helpful in whatever way you can. We want people who are there to learn from each other, have an abundance mindset, believe in giving (not just taking), and know it all comes back to you in the end. Watch this video to see if you should join...

Better Together - It's Why We're Doing This โคต

Why go it alone? Surround yourself with like-minded people who all want to help each other succeed. Imagine getting a few helpful pointers whenever you feel stuck or getting a little extra encouragement when you have a temporary setback or something doesn't go exactly as planned (guaranteed to happen at some point). It makes a huge difference. Learn together, grow together, better together.

Weekly Strategy Meetups ๐Ÿ“…๐Ÿ“

You can think of the weekly "strategy meetups" as an anchor resource that's there for you whenever you feel stuck & need a few pointers from your peers, want to level up your skills & mindset, or just want to meet other creators in the area.

You can expect things like name tags, icebreakers, skill sharing breakout groups, creator Q&A circles, peer troubleshooting sessions, and other interactive activities - all designed to help facilitate new connections and make meeting other creators feel as natural as possible.

The intention is to create a simple structure that gets people talking to each other & sharing ideas - as opposed to just standing around hoping others introduce themselves. We want to make it so that even if you're an introvert or a bit shy at first, you're still able to meet & connect with other creators through the structured group activities.

*** The first round of meetups begin April 2026 on campus at the University of Texas with specific dates, times, and location details to be announced to approved members. For more info on how to attend, just keep scrolling.

Dinners & Mixers ๐Ÿฑ๐Ÿง‰๐ŸŽณ

As the group continues to grow, we'll also have some fun, informal get-togethers outside of the main strategy meetups โ€” things like going out to dinner, bowling, Topgolf, ice cream, editing hangouts, etc. Why? Because some of the best ideas & 'aha moments' happen when people are just hanging out and having a good time.

Support Buddy Matching ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿ’ป๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐Ÿ’ป

Get matched with a support buddy who is similar to you in terms of skill level, interests, and or creative intentions. You can use your support buddy to help hold each other accountable on goals you set or just to bounce ideas off of. Your support buddy will be the same gender as you. (You can opt out of being matched with a support buddy if you so choose.)

Skool Group Access ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ๐Ÿ“ฑ

Continue the discussion between meetups with access to our private Skool Group. A Skool Group works just like a Facebook Group with member posts & comment threads. Use it to ask questions & share ideas, access creator resources, and stay up to date on upcoming meetups & events. The Skool app is available free on iOS & android.

Eligibility Requirements โคต

To be eligible to join, you must meet the following requirements...

1 - The meetups & events are for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age to join.

2 - You must be trying to grow an audience on YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram. You don't have to be active on all three, just one is fine.**

**We don't care how many subscribers or followers you currently have. Once you join, we'll help you get connected with other creators who have a similar subscriber count / skill level.

Meetup Rules & Expectations โœ‹๐Ÿšซ

The meetups are a resource, not an obligation. That means there are no time commitments (you're free to come & go in a way that fits your schedule). That said, there are 3 rules you must comply with...

1 - Don't Kill the Vibe: Be a source of positivity, encourage your peers, and have fun. No politics, no harassment, no sales pitching. Any behavior detrimental to the friendly/supportive culture of the group will not be tolerated.

2 - Keep Your Input & Feedback Constructive: It's 100% ok to disagree with your peers (friendly debate is even encouraged). Just make sure you always keep it constructive & respectful.

3 - Be Respectful of Host Venues: Always be considerate & respectful of the host venues for any of the meetups and or events. That includes venue staff. Never leave trash or damage property.

These rules will be enforced so if you do not agree with them, please do not attempt to join. Repeated and or severe violations of any of these rules will result in getting banned from future meetups & events.

How to Attend Your First Meetup - Fill Out a New Member Approval Form ๐Ÿ“

Test phase meetups begin April 2026 on campus at the University of Texas. During the test phase, we'll be trying out different formats & activities to see which are the most helpful in terms of sharing ideas and connecting with other creators. If you would like to participate in the test phase, simply fill out a New Member Approval Form (NMAF) linked down below. Test phase participants get free lifetime access to meetups ($47/month dues get permanently waived) even if membership dues ever increase in the future.

Before you fill out a NMAF please keep in mind that to be eligible to join you must be an adult (18+ only) and creating content on at least one of the platforms mentioned (YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram).

Please be honest & accurate with your NMAF responses. Your answers on the form will help us assess your skill level, interests, and creative intentions so that we can put you in the appropriate peer feedback groups at meetups, not just during the test phase but also in the future as new members join.

Once meetups are set to begin, we will send out a welcome email to selected test phase participants with info on meetups as well as how to access the member resources.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We are going on a "first come, first served" basis to fill spots for the test phase (assuming you meet the basic requirements and fit the characteristics of what we're looking for). Due to the limited number of spots, and depending on when you fill out your NMAF, you may be waitlisted. If you get waitlisted, we'll send you an email if new spots open up and you are able to start attending meetups.

Test phase meetups begin April 2026 on campus at the University of Texas with specific dates, times, and location details to be announced to approved members.

The meetups are mainly composed of rotating peer group activities designed to help you: 1) meet other creators, 2) get feedback on whatever you need help with, and 3) become a smarter YouTube/TikTok/Instagram creator.

They would need to get approved first. (We require approval in order to preserve the quality of the group and keep out any potential bad actors.) If you know someone who you think might be interested, you're welcome to share this page and invite them to fill out a New Member Approval Form.

The waitlist is to help limit the number of new attendees at meetups. (If there are too many new attendees, it might mess up the flow of meetups. We want there to be a good mix of new attendees and returning attendees.) If you get waitlisted, we'll send you an email when you can start attending meetups. Thanks for your patience.

This meetup group is a resource, not an obligation. Once you get approved, you're free to come and go in a way that fits your schedule.

Yes, especially if you plan to put your podcast on YouTube (now the largest podcast platform). TikTok & Instagram Reels are also a great way to promote your podcast if you know how to use clips to generate curiosity.

No, we genuinely don't care about that. What's more important is that you're the type of person who is going to be a positive presence in the group and you have a genuine desire to learn & grow. Once you join, we'll help you get connected with other creators who are at your skill level.

No. The dinners & mixers are just an extra outlet for members to connect, but there is no obligation to attend. Sometimes the group outings (bowling, going out to dinner, etc.) will be planned, other times it will be impromptu. You can check the Skool Group calendar section to stay up to date on upcoming events.

Skool is an iOS & android app built for community. When you join a Skool Group it's just like joining a Facebook Group but on the Skool app. You can use the Skool Group to ask questions & share ideas between meetups. It also has a calendar section so you can stay up to date on meetups & events.

Not currently. If you join when it's free (during the initial test phase of meetups), it will always be free for you.

During the test phase we'll be trying out different formats & meetup structures to see which work best. Test phase participants get free lifetime access to the group even if membership dues ever increase in the future.
